Born in Belgium. Rooted in Moroccan heritage.
Selina Ahankour is an international keynote speaker and leadership expert with over 25 years of experience in education, leadership and human development.
She began her career as a teacher and later became a school principal in Belgium, where she led teams, transformed learning environments and worked closely with diverse communities.
With a strong background in psychology and therapeutic work, her approach goes beyond surface-level communication and behaviour. She works at the level of identity, patterns and internal conditioning, where real and lasting change takes place.
Her work focuses on presence, communication and leadership from within, helping professionals, leaders and organisations close the gap between who they are and how they show up.
